June 13:
Continue with Wendler 5-3-1 programming for this week. Didn't really do any additional training for the upcoming competition. Feeling a bit sore in my back area earlier in the week. Decided to focus on some upper body (Strict Press) and of course, some Back Squats.

Broke down the workouts to one movement per day instead of jamming two workouts into one day.
I'm still working out the details for each of the movement and account for rest. Recovery day is important.

Sunday - Meal Prep
Getting used to doing all my meal preps on Sunday. I usually make a mess of the kitchen.
This week, I decided to make more Frittata for breakfast (spicy sausage, with Tobasco sauce, spinach, eggs, some white potatoes), and then for lunch.. Rice, Salad (I'm lazy, and bought the a chopped kit - Southwest), and a poach chicken with Fiery Sauce. I like my spices.
