October 9, 2016 - Blog Updates and sorts


To all my readers (Past, Present, and Future);


My apologies for NOT updating my blog for the last FOUR months.   Last posted blog entry dates back to June 3, 2016. 

Life has been challenging on my part, dealing with some family deaths and the grief that goes with it.

My plan is to update, post-date my blog entries to the dates when the activities, Open Gym and Crossfit classes were done.  I have all my notes for those days and plan to write and update all the way to the present.

It will take a while, and for those who are reading this post... I hope you enjoy what's written.

Crossfit was introduced to me (almost 4 years ago) and I have accepted it as part of my life. Its the place where I goto; to get healthy, to be with similar minded people, to get rid of stress.  A happy place of sorts.  I have met so many friends, learn a lot about my body, what it can do, and what it can't do (injuries).  
I've also appreciate the support I have from the crossfit community, especially those at my crossfit box (Crossfit Armouy). What you put in, you will get back out.  I love this community and the positive energy it gives me.

With that said, I plan to continue writing about my Journey with Crossfit.   If anything, you'll at least have some free solid crossfit programming available to follow.  :)
