Thoughts:
Recovery, takes so much time.  Worst when your older....    but eventually things are back to near normal.  December 1st was the last day of physio that I had, and will play it by ear if anything else that crops up.    


The machine that provided so much stimulation to my life.... <--was that bad?

As for lifting, I've started to add in some additional lifting sessions, specifically on the 16th of December.  I ended up recording them on my phone as I working on one of my weakness.   It's specifically to the Clean and Jerk.   Upon hitting above 50% of my 1 RM; I have a tendency to hinge forward when I'm about to Jerk the weight upward, right before I actually dip and press up.   I didn't realize how bad it was until I started recording the movement.   I remember my coach telling me different things in hopes that it would help.   Again, will have to focus on some extra drills to fixed that issue.

There were no Olympic lifting classes after December 21st until the 2nd of January.   Christmas break is generally a busy time for everyone.
