SKILL:

SUMO SQUATS



WOD:

4 Rounds:

- 8 Dead lifts (body weight)
- 50 meter run
- 18 Kettle Bell Swings
- 50 meter run
- Kettle Bell Windmills (8 per side)



My Thoughts:

I heard today WOD at RJF was a tough one.  Wish I was there...   I receive the play by play from my workout partner.
