Warm-Up:

- Burgener Warm-Up
SKILL:
1) Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Front Squat - 5 Sets
2a) 1 1/2 Front Squat 2 x 4
2b) 1st Pull with 2 sec pause at the Knee Level 2 x 4
4:00 minute rest in between
NO WOD Today; focused on techniques

My Thoughts:
Warm-Up; check out the link to the Burgener Warm-Up. I never heard of it before and it was a very good way to warm up.
SKILL;
