- 100 Box Jumps

- 80 Skips
- 70 Push-Ups
- 60 Sit-Ups

My Thoughts:
I didn't make it in for the classes today. I just snapped the picture and thought I would share it with everyone.
I actually came in to work on my Deadlifts and do some additional rowing (2000 meter). One can't get enough rowing... it's really comes down to putting in the time to practice.
Had a chance to chat with Edward while I was stretching out. He wanted me to give his Rumble Roller a try. It looked like a meat grinder for your muscle. Actually, if you look online; they actually call it that. I can see how effective it is to break down those muscles.

We had a good chat about all sorts of things, always happy to learn new things. Earlier today, I had a good chat with Daniel about Weight lifting belts. He gave me a suggestions on where to pick them up, and the types. I guess if I'm going to start lifting heavier stuff, I better get serious about equipment. More on that in future blogs.
