Warm-Up:

2 Rounds:

-  25 meter POSE RUN DRILL
-  25 meter Bear Crawl
-  10 PVC Passes
-  10 PVC Overhead Squat
-  10 Push Ups

40 second Banded Pose Drill


SKILL:

A)  Gas Pedal Drill    3 x  25 meter

B)  20 minute to find 1 RM  Push Press


Partner WOD:   6 RFT (Rounds for Time)


HEALTH:

-  300 meter ROW
-  30 Mountain Climbers

FITNESS:

-  300 meter ROW
-  10 Power Clean @ (M:  95 lbs / W: 65 lb)
