The 'Original Schedule' for Mobility class

New Mobility and Speciality Class schedule; November 1st


So, a slight change to the way mobility is being scheduled.  The week of the 19th; the classes for the mobility are based on the WOD's from that day or an upcoming day.   Saturday was an exception as there was a request from a member who wanted focus on the Hips.

Mondays mobility class focused on Overhead Squats.  Thursday mobility focus on Pistols, and Saturday as mentioned above was on Hips (Hip Blaster).

New Schedule in November 1st, will bring an extra mobility class on Wednesdays.  There is a high demand for this class!
Thanks to Optimize Physio for providing these classes and as well as letting the crossfitters put in suggestions for areas that are needed (thinking of it as Preventative Maintenance).

This has been a weird week for me as I have been at the box every day, either doing a WOD and/or a mobility class.  Actually, when I reviewed my attendance for a few days; I've been there every 12 hours.  I don't know how that happened.  I only realize this when I was driving to the Box, and I looked at the clock on my truck.  It was the same time, only 12 hours later driving by the same road, and same building that I passed.    I'm blaming the Festivus Games competition this past weekend for the cause.  I've been feeling great about myself for my accomplishment.

Tomorrow, I look forward to our Competition Open Forum where the topic will be about RECOVERY.  I have many questions regarding this and some of which I will ask others who have competed in competitions how they handle recovery between WODs.
