Day 7: Jack be nimble...

I knew that when I came in and read the board, it wasn't going to be easy.  Challenging, YES.  Easy, NO.

That compounded by Dan saying it was hard, after I had asked.   I had to mentally disown that comment.  I have to keep myself positive.  Remembering half the battle is mental games with myself.

My Thoughts:

One of the best things I like about Crossfit is the Olympic lifting that you perform.  These are definitely a full body workout, and the workouts are all compressed into a nicely one hour time block.

My results below (it's slow progress), and as one of my fellow Crossfitter, Mike said; "Your doing great, the main thing is not to give up.  You are going at it the correct way, slowly increasing the weight as you move forward!"   Again, very encouraging to hear.

An additional thing that I have notice slightly in the two weeks with these lifts is that my vertical power for box jump has increase.   I know compared to the first day of crossfit; I was exhausted after doing only 2 rounds.   Today, I managed 5 rounds before feeling the fatigue in my legs.  I've also notice that I've slowly have been increasing my weight on the Skill portion.   While viewing the suggestion for the WOD, the weight that I used is still low.   I'll get there..

Tackling this one WOD at a time...

Answer to this question from last week (see picture below):   Beta-Endorphines

I seek this every time I do Cross-fit
