My Thoughts:
So, finally off the crutches; but not walking quite right. Kinda limping as my ankles are still weak. Physiotherapy has been going pretty well. Hitting it pretty hard, three times a week. I will focus on some some strengthening of the ankles and as well as continuing doing some upper-body exercises.

Once I get stronger, I'll return to do some actual WOD. Oh, I missed doing the Olympic lifts.
Definitely will be working out at the box and hanging with the Xfit community. Feel so welcome here (Rock Jungle Crossfit). And it's nice to hear when people ask where you are when you don't show.
Next week, I'll start get some help from the coach to modify the WOD to work with my temporary limits.
