Day 214: Partner WOD: 6 Rounds - 3 Minute AMRAP DB Thruster, Mountain Climbers, and Farmer Carry


Saturday; May 23, 2015 - the Wall @ Rock Jungle (West)

Warm-Up
:


3 Rounds:

-  25 meter Walking Lunge with twist
-  12 meter Inch Worms
-  15 AB Mat Sit Ups
-  10 PVC Pass throughs
-  10 Overhead Squats - PVC
-  10 Ring Rows

Parking Lot Jog with Pose form


Partner WOD:   Team of 2; 6 Rounds (3 round each person)

PARTNER 1:   AMRAP - 3 Minutes
                           - 10 Dumbbell Thrusters (M: 30 lb / W: 20 lb)
                           - 20 Mountain Climbers

PARTNER 2:  FARMER CARRY (M:  53 lb / W:  35 lbs)

REST 1 minute then Switch

My Thoughts:
It was nice to have this class outside.   It was also nice to do a Farmer Carry.  Used 53 lb Kettlebell in each hand.   I thought I was gonna die just carrying that from the inside of the gym to sidewall near the road (30 meters).   I was partner with Jesse who was very motivating.



Remember to stay consistent in your training and tackle one WOD at a time!!
