Warm-Up:

-  10 RING ROWS
-  20 AIR SQUATS
-  30 second PLANK (HIGH)

SKILL:

A)  EMOM  - 8
        even   -  DIP  6 reps
        odd    -  PISTOL 8 reps

B)  EMOM - 8
        even - PULL UP  6 REPS
        odd -  HOLLOW HOLD  30 seconds


WOD:  AMRAP 7

- 3 THRUSTER @ (Men - 95 lbs / Women - 65 lbs)
- 3 BURPEE OVER BAR

- 6 THRUSTER

- 6 BURPEE OVER BAR

- 9 THRUSTER

- 9 BURPEE OVER BAR

- 12 THRUSTER

- 12 BURPEE OVER BAR

- 15 THRUSTER

- 15 BURPEE OVER BAR

My Thoughts:
Well; it was bound to happen as most of us had figure (that burpee and thursters were the remaining movements left).   We just didn't know how close the WOD would be to 14.5 until tomorrow (Thursday @ 6 PM MST) when it's announced.
While I didn't do this WOD, I was focusing on my strength training.   I had originally wanted to finish my strength component and then come into the WOD afterwards.  I guess I need to work on my timing a bit better. 
I saw that the 7 PM class is now quite full.  About 16 people is what I had counted.  It's pretty much full for the last few weeks.  I think they should considering adding 7PM classes for both Tuesday and Thursday.  Heck, maybe even a 8 PM class on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
