ALT Day: the WOD that I didn't go to..


Alt Day: Thursday; May 16, 2013 - the Wall @ Rock Jungle Fitness

What's ALT day?   Well, that's the day that I didn't go and do a workout at the crossfit.  It's usually falls on my rest day.   So,  one of my friends, Jonathan shared this with me as he went to the Thursday class, instead of the Wednesday.

Thought I would share.


WARM-UP:

3 Rounds

-  25 Meter Samson
-  25 Meter Jog
-  10 Yoga Push UPs
-  10 Easy Wall Balls
-  5 Bench Dips


SKILL:

BOX JUMPS

  5 x 3

+  FULL HIP OPEN ON TOP OF BOX
+  LAND WITH WHOLE FOOT ON BOX


WOD:

5 Rounds:

-  5 Box Jumps
-  10 Ring Dips
-  20 Sit UPs
