Paleo... Caveman diet...


What is Paleo?  Why should you be on it?  Where to start?

So many questions, and SO many answers!  Here are a few links that I've stumbled on while researching this topic.  I've seen posting at our Crossfit gym, Rock Jungle Fitness to do a 30/90 day challenge.  I've seen posting by other trainers and friends who's started this.  And I've seen two of my trainers who are doing the Paleo diet.

I found a few of these links on Google+, while going thru the communities called "The Paleo and Primal Lifestyle", "Crossfit", "Fitness".  I'm sure there are tons more out there that I haven't discovered.  And of course, one could just ask Google to do a search on Paleo.

I've also went and purchased a booked called Practical Paleo.  Still reading thru it as I'm one of those people who tends to read as much as possible, before starting.  Although, I do admit that I am more aware of what I'm shoveling into my system.

I'll leave it at that for those who are following me, and are just starting out with Paleo.  I'm sure I'll be blogging more about this topic in the near future.
