Warm-Up:
3 Rounds
- 8 Yoga Push-Ups
- 10 Wall Squats
- 10 Ring Rows
- 10 Sit-Ups
- 150 Meter run (ran outside, outside perimeter of the parking lot)
SKILL:
FRONT SQUAT
5 x 5
WOD - 'CINDY'
20 Minutes AMRAP (As Man Rep As Possible)
- 5 Pull-Ups
- 10 Push-Ups
- 15 Squats

My Thoughts:
I love the name of this crossfit benchmark. I tease my wife about it constantly. I'm sure the joke will stopping being funny soon. This being the second time round with her (the workout and the joke).
My coach suggested that I check how many rounds and reps that I did the last time I did this WOD. Every Monday, is benchmark day; we record our own time or number of rounds/reps in there. This serves as a reminder of what we did previously. I'm glad I looked up my past number as that definitely gave me incentive to push myself harder.
Did accomplish and set a new PR (personal record). I managed to increase the number of reps and drop the resistance down. Improvements; that's what I'm seeing more and more now. Which is a good thing as I really need to ride this positive motivation. I'm seeing increase in weight in my SKILL portions as well. Slight as they may be, but it's moving in the right direction. I'm so stoked!
From the results board, you can definitely tell how busy it was today.
A big shout out to all of those who had broke and set their own PR, from the last time that they did CINDY. My friend Leanne was one of the many! I wish I gotten around to chatting with everyone afterwards. But I think for the most part; everyone was exhausted. And moving on to some much needed stretching (foam rolling) and the squash ball for the shoulders.
Picked up a T-shirt from the gym, finally they had my size. I'm now going to promote this place even more! <laugh>. I'm still figuring out all the name of the staff. Today, met Scott who was manning the front desk. Seen him doing a few of the yoga classes, and as well doing the crossfit. It's becoming like a small/big family here now. Everyone knows everyone else's name, familiar faces. Yah, I like this place!
