Coach Today:  Jodaye and Graham

My Thoughts:

Warm-ups; another hard one.   Either I'm getting weaker & slower; or the class is getting better &  faster.  I barely finished it.   Between the 12 meter inch worms and the awkward 25 meter Bear Crawl, I certainly slowed down.  Oh well; more things to practice.

SKILL; partnered up with Jonathan today as it was busy.  Plus, it gave us the proper amount of time to rest between sets.  Suggested break is about 3 minutes... I think we took a bit more time in between.   On our last set, Jonathan did about 20 lbs more than he did the last time!  Kudos!   As for me, managed to squeeze an additional 30 lbs more than the last time.  I think it's the advice on my form/technique that Jodaye shared with me last week.   Sad, it takes me a week of processing before I get it thru my head.

WOD; Pushed thru the pain on the last rep.  Arm was tired, and the push-ups took every bit out of me.  I can't say I was happy with my results.  Perhaps today I found my Redline.   I saw a great article on JournalMENU.  It's called, Find the RedLine.

(Orange = 35 lbs Kettle Bell;  Purple = 44 lbs Kettle bell)

Misc;  Met two more new people today.  Donna and Jon.  Jon just started a week a go.  And Donna, who was very positive with encouragement, seemed to enjoy the late class.   Looking forward to talking to them more the next time.

So, with this WOD over; I guess I know what I need to work on over the next few weeks.  Grow stronger in the areas that I'm weak at!   Let's see what fun Friday will bring and until then..

... tackling one WOD at a time!
