Friday; June 14, 2013 - the Wall @ ROCK JUNGLE CROSSFIT



Warm-Up:

3 Rounds

-  10 PVC Circles
-  7 Lunges / Leg
-  10 Lying Leg Raises
-  25 Meter Gorilla Shuffle
-  25 Meter Jog


SKILL:

  PRESS   5, 3, 3, 3, 1, 1

OR

  5 x 5  if crossfitting for LESS than 6 Months


WOD:  Tabata 

20 Seconds Go / 10 Seconds Rest

8 Rounds

-  Squats
-  Push-Ups
-  Speed Skaters
-  Sit-Ups

My Thoughts:

Nice workout to ease into the weekend!  Worked on my press, and managed to get my last set of 5 in with my max weight (which has been the same for the last two times).  Next time we do PRESS; I'll increase the weight.   Definitely need to work on my shoulder strength.
