Day 47: 7 Minutes of Burpees

Warm-Up:
3 Rounds
- 100 Skips or 30 Double Unders
- 10 Push-Ups
- 10 Wall Squats
- 10 Push Press with bar
- 15 Sit-Ups
SKILL:
PRESS 5, 3, 1, 1, 1, 1
OR
5 x 5 ; if less than 6 months
WOD: 12.1 Crossfit
*If you know what it is, and tell; you get DOUBLE!!!

My Thoughts:
12.1; what is that WOD? Found out when Nicole told us. 7 Minutes of Burpees. Yah, Burpees!!! NOT! Another item I have to work on!
Warm-Up; yup.. I think it's time I start trying to do the double unders. No excuse now, especially having my own rope for a few weeks.
SKILL; I do believe this is one of the hardest skill to increase the weight to. As Jess had mention; there is not a lot of place where that weight can go, other than up. After seeing this SKILL come up for the last 3 or 4 times; I managed to increase it by 10 lbs; but failed to do my 5 reps. I managed only two and then drop the weight back to my previous 4th round weight. I could only do 4 reps. I haven't given up on this. It'll take some time...
WOD; 7 minutes of burpees. What can I say.... other than I'll have to practice more.
