Day 200: 5 RFT: 7 Deadlift, 7 Burpees


April 3, 2015 - the Wall @ Rock Jungle (West)


Warm-Up:

2 Minute  per side
  * GLUTE SMASH
  * PIGEON STRETCH

2 Rounds:
 - ROW 300 meter
 - 15 PUSH UPS
 - 20 second Plank
 - 10 Kettlebell Swing


SKILL:

Ever 3 minutes x 4 sets

- 4 Push Press @ 80% of 1 RM
- 15 second L-Sit


WOD:   For Time

5 Rounds:

- 7 DEADLIFT @ Men: 185 lb / Women: 120 lb (Fitness:  Men @ 225 lb / Women @ 135 lb)
- 7 BURPEES


My Thoughts:

WOD;
Well, dropped my weight down to 165 lbs.   Pretty tired after doing the 15.5 Open.   Opted to stay safe instead of doing Rx.   Forever Stuck in the Health category.


Remember to stay consistent in your training and tackle one WOD at a time!!
