Day 203: TEAM WOD; 3 RFT: Burpees, Double Unders

Warm-Up:

4 MINUTE BIKE

2 Rounds:

-  10 Salutation Lunges
-  10 SLO-MO Burpees with Push Up
-  10 Jump Squats
-  30 sec Bar Hang


SKILL:

EMOM x 10

  Alternate

  A)  25 meter Walking Lunge (Men: 45 lb / Women: 25 lb)

  B)  15 Wall Balls (Men: 20 lb / Women: 14 lb)


TEAM WOD:  

3 PEEPS

3 ROUNDS:

 - 60 Burpees
 - 50 Double Unders

 * BURPEES anyway; but each partner must do 1 Set of 50 Double Under


Remember to stay consistent in your training and tackle one WOD at a time!!
