Day 201: Team WOD; AMRAP 20 minutes: Row 500 meter, 15 DB Push Press, 15 Wall Balls

Saturday; April 4, 2015 - the Wall @ Rock Jungle Crossfit (Downtown)


Warm-Up:

Run around the City block where Rock Jungle Crossfit is.   (Did I mention I hate running, and its a bit cooler than expected this am?)

2 Rounds:
-  10 Frog Squats
-  12 meter Ostrich Wizzy
-  12 meter Inch Worms
-  10 Push Press


TEAM WOD:  3 peeps
  
AMRAP 20 minute

Partner 1:  ROW 500 meter

Partner 2:  AMRAP;  15 Dumb bell Push Press (Men: 30 lb / Women: 20 lb)
                                   15 Wall Ball (Men: 20 lb / Women: 14 lb)

Partner 3:  Rest

My Thoughts:

Warm-Up;
I hate running. I hate running even more without my running shoes.  I know, it's just around the block.  And I'm still working on increasing my endurance (it's currently the pace of a 'turbo turtle').

WOD;
TEAM WOD (3 peeps).  This was a very taxing WOD; but ended up partner with Maureen and Andrea.    Decided today was a good day to try the downtown location.  That and the fact that Maureen and I had wanted to catch up for coffee!
Our team finished with 10 rounds + 15 DB Push Press and 3 Wall Balls:   318 reps
