Warm-Up:

ROW  650 meter

  then

-  12 meter Bear Crawl
-  12 meter Ostrich Walk
-  10 PVC Pass throughs
-  10 Push Ups
-  30 Double Under (or attempts)


SKILL:

A)   TABATA - POSE RUNNING

B)  E90  x 5  (Every 90 seconds; 5 rounds)

      Perform 30 seconds

    HEALTH:

     - Handstand Hold

    FITNESS:

    -  12 Meter Handstand Walk


C)  E303  x 5

      -  15 Ring Dips
      -  30 second Hollow Hold
      -  15 Ring Rows


WOD:   2 RFT (Rounds for Time)


   HEALTH:

     - 20 Deadlifts  (M: 185 lb / W: 120 lb)
     - 80 Double Unders (modified to 200 Singles)

    FITNESS:

     - 20 Deadlifts  (M: 225 lb / W: 135 lb)
     - 80 Double Unders (unbroken)
