Hitting my PR @ 160 lb Snatch

My thoughts:
It's been 7 days since I last hit my 1 RM for Snatch.  Came in today hoping to hit my previous weight, had no idea if I could even hit another PR.  I opted to skip last Thursday olympic lifting class and came in the following day to work on the class work

Snatch:
It was a small class in attendance, 3 people including me.  Although the box was extremely busy.  They had a Kickstarter class running, the 7 PM crossfit class, Regional athletes training on the other side and as well as some open gymers.  It's a busy box on the west side.

I've been looking forward to tonight since it was announced last week; that this was the week we would be doing our testing.

I had worked thru the last three months focusing on Olympic lifting and had hoped to see the results/progression that I had made.

My coach, AJ had video taped my several attempts and including ones after I had made my PR.

NEW PR - Snatch:  160 lb

In the past, I normally try to do both the Squat Snatch and the Clean & Jerk within the 1 hour mark during testing.  However, this time; I opted to do one movement one day and the other another day.   It seemed to have paid off.
I didn't feel so rushed to finish and test.
