Crossfit Armoury - October 29, 2017: Speciality Class: Gymnastics - handstand drills, T2B, plate extension, arc rolls

Thoughts:

Refreshed after CF|24; I had contemplated if I should do gymnastic or not.  Felt fairly good and decided to go for it.

Todays warm-up was to work on Handstand Hold and then Strict Weighted Chest to bar (scale accordingly)

Next was the handstand walk for a minute.  Scaled was to hold for a minute against the wall.   We were to do this for 5 minutes.

The WOD equivalent was an 15 minute EMOM
- Toes to Bar [5-15]
- Plate Extensions [10 reps]
- Arc Rolls [30 seconds]


It was pretty straight forward, scaling where that was needed.
