Warm-Up:

3 Rounds
-  100 Skips or 30 Double Unders
-  10 Kettle Bell Swings
-  10 Goblet (Kettle Bell) Squats
-  10 Spidey Push-Ups
-  10 Lying Leg Raises


SKILL:

DEAD LIFTS

  5 x 5

-  27 Push Ups
-  27 Thrusters with bar
-  27 Sit-Ups
 - 27 Speed Skaters / Leg
-  27 Push Press with bar
-  27 Mountain Climbers / side
-  27 Wall Balls
-  27 K2E (Knee to Elbow)
-  27 Lunges / Leg
-  27 meter Inch Worm

My Thoughts:

Happy birthday to one of our coaches, Nicole who turned 27.   They created a wonderful WOD today based on her age.   27 of a series of wonderful exercises.   This WOD was challenging.  Not sure if I had exhausted my energy on the first two part (going heavy on the Dead lifts) but I definitely had troubles with the Thrusters.  I had to stop a few times.  Maybe I'm still feeling it from Monday's WOD - Cindy?!?   I know, I shouldn't be making excuses.

A shout out to Jonathan for pushing thru to the end and completing the WOD.  Some helpful cheers from of all us at the end, as the way it is at the crosffit gym.   Getting to know a few more familar faces, Mike and Chelsea, Val.  

It's also nice to get advices from people who are eating the Paleo lifestyle.   Both Jackie and Chelsea provided great feedback.  Thanks!
