-  30 Double Unders
-  10 Clean Pulls with Bar
-  10 Kettlebel Swing
-  10 Frog squat
-  10 Cosack Squat


SKILL:

E90 (every 90 seconds)  x 12 minute

HEALTH:

2 SQUAT CLEANS

FITNESS:

2 SQUAT CLEANS @ 70% of 1 RM


WOD:   6 MINUTE AMRAP

HEALTH:

 10 PULL UPS
 30 DOUBLE UNDERS

FITNESS:

  10 CHEST TO BAR
  30 DOUBLE UNDERS
