Warm-Up:
2 Round:
- 25 meter SAMSON STRETCH
- 10 FROG SQUAT
- 25 meter BEAR CRAWL
- 30 second HANG + 15 BEAT SWING
SKILL: NONE
TEAM WOD: 3 members = 3 Rounds OR 2 members = 2 Rounds
150 BACK SQUATS
150 KETTLEBELL SWING
150 DOUBLE UNDERS
If doing 2 members; you do 2 rounds
100 BACK SQUATS
100 KETTLEBELL SWING
100 DOUBLE UNDERS
HEALTH:
BACK SQUATS @ (Men: 95 lbs / Women: 65 lbs)
KETTLEBELL SWINGS @ (Men: 53 lbs / Women: 35 lbs)
DOUBLE UNDERS (you can use TUCK JUMPS or attempt to do DOUBLE UNDER, no singles)
FITNESS:
BACK SQUATS @ (Men: 135 lbs / Women: 95 lbs)
KETTLEBELL SWINGS @ (Men: 70 lbs / Women: 53 lbs)
DOUBLE UNDERS (you can use TUCK JUMPS or attempt to do DOUBLE UNDER, no singles)

Took me 25 minutes and 46 seconds to complete this WOD. My partner was Leanne. First 10 were Tuck Jumps and the rest were Double Under attempts.
