Day 198: 3 RFT; Push Ups, K2E, Box Jumps

Warm-Up:

800 meter Row

2 Rounds:
-  10 PVC Pass thrus
-  10 Wall Squats
-  10 Push UPs
-  10 Kosack Squats


SKILL:

Every 3 minute x 4 SETS

- 4 Back Squats @ 80% of 1 RM
- 20 second Hollow Hold


WOD:  

3 Rounds for Time

- 20 Push Up (Fitness:  10 Handstand Push Ups)
- 10 Knee to Elbow (Fitness:  Toes to Bar)
- 10 Box Jumps [Men: 24" / Women: 20"]  (Fitness:  Men: 30" / Women: 24 ")

My Thoughts:

WOD;
Took me 6 minutes and 50 seconds to complete it.  Not Rx as I used 20" for the box and opted to do Step Ups as per usual.  Knees to Elbows instead of Toes to Bar.  Still haven't gotten that.



Remember to stay consistent in your training and tackle one WOD at a time!!
