Day 199: Partner WOD; 2 RFT: Double Unders, Overhead Squats, Pull Ups

March 30, 2015 - the Wall @ Rock  Jungle (West)


Warm-Up:

MOBILITY:   Overhead Banded Stretch  (2 minutes per side)

then  2 ROUNDS
-  30 Double Unders
-  10 PVC Passthrus
-  10 Overhead Squat with PVC
-  10 Kosack Squats
-  10 Push Ups


SKILL:

EMOM x 10 Minutes

3 Power SNATCH


PARTNER WOD:  2 ROUNDS FOR TIME  

-  50 Double Unders (Fitness:  unbroken)
-  30 Overhead Squat (Men: 95 lb / Women: 65 lb)
-  20 Pull Ups

* Both Partners need to do 50 Double Unders
* Split the Overhead Squat, Pull-ups However you want while 1 Partner Works; the other 1 rest.

My Thoughts:

WOD;
Partner with Leanne.  Modified the Double unders to 25 Attempts at DU.  Used a Purple Band for Pull ups.   Took 9 minutes and 31 seconds to complete this.


Remember to stay consistent in your training and tackle one WOD at a time!!
