Crossfit Armoury - Week 8: Mobility and schedule


Optimize Mobility Schedule for November to December 2015

So, this week (November 30th thru December 6th) focuses on 3 different areas for mobility.

Monday will concentrate on Hip Blast (Hip Mobility).  

Wednesday will focus on Pull-Up and followed by Saturday's Toes-to-Bar.

This is to help with the longer EMOM in the programming that we will be doing this week.

I opted to attend just this Monday's mobility class.   No additional olympic lifting nor mobility classes due to personal schedules conflicts.  

I wish I had more information to share with you with regards to the actual class and the movements.  All I can share with you on this one, is the above schedule for the rest of the month of December.
