#inVEST this week is 2 20 min AMRAPS... one no vest and one #inVEST (or scale as you like 😊)
We will start at 9:30am. I’ll open the gym at 9am for warm up. See you all then!
A) 20 min AMRAP: (with a partner)

Thoughts:
This morning, we had 26 people shows up for the #InVest workout. Thats more people than most classes and to top it off, this isn't a class! This is run by a bunch of people (Team #inVEST) who just love to workout and they usually do it with a vest on.
Some members don't use a vest, as it's totally optional! And just like all Crossfit workouts; it's universally scalable!
Today's programming was spearheaded by a few people, (Mike Fulton, Amanda Smalls, and Meahgan Becker). Each had a part of the programming, and I think it was just perfect. A perfect storm of a workout!
Today's workout is two parts. And with the number of people in attendance; we broke the people into two groups. One group would be partner up, and in some case, like ours; we had had 3 people per group.
Which made it a bit easier as it gave us a bit more rest than the other partners.
Myself and Erin ended up scaling the narrow width HSPU with a box. Shannon H did them Rx. Between the three of us; we managed to complete 4 rounds.
There was a few minute break after the 20 minute as we switch to the other workout. This time, we were on our own and there would be no partners.
I ended up scaling the Chest to Bar with Ring rows. The rest of the workout was as prescribed.
For those who are in the Edmonton area, come on by on Sunday if you want to challenge yourself. I believe that you only have to pay for a drop-in fee and you can participate with us. It's quite fun! I'm starting to enjoy these workouts and I suspect in the future; that most of my Sunday morning will be doing #inVEST!
