Crossfit Armoury - April 4, 2018: Olympic Lifting

Thoughts:
April 4, 2018:  
My body is tired from yesterday first class at Evolve Strength.  Part of my new chapter into weightlifting.   Spent 3 hours there training, was expecting only 2 hours.  This is why I've been adding load by doing 1 hour Crossfit Class, followed by 1 hour Olympic lifting class for the last two weeks.   Preparation is half the battle.

I opted today to skip the Crossfit class prior and focus on this programming for today from Coach AJ.  

The OTM (on the minute) C&J was challenging once I hit the 80% weight.  I had to bring out my lifting belt.   Managed to finish my 5 singles at this weight and was exhausted.

Time to go home and rest for tomorrow; another day at Evolve Strength.  And yes, I'l be doing some adjustment in training, programming.
