Thoughts:
Week of March 5 to 9th was Max Weight Testing. No programming were posted. I also didn't make any new PR.
The last two weeks, feels like my coach is trying to kill us. Or I'm just getting weaker. I did have a chat with Coach AJ on the 28th, and mentioned that one could easily just work on snatches for the hour of the class and skip the cleans & Jerks. There is a lot of work there, and maybe I'm just taking too much time to rest. Either way; I can see this last week of workouts to be used in a future when I want to do Olympic lifting on my own.
I'm sure there is a reason why AJ is programming it this way. I suspect that there were will be something interesting coming in April for the class.
