Thoughts:
I had originally booked today off for personal reasons.  Just didn't think I would be spending it my lunch here.

Let's just say I had some demons that I was dealing with and felt full of energy.  Not positive energy unfortunately, thus I needed to dump it somewhere.

Someone said, the best way to get rid of negativity is dump it out on iron.  Well I guess I needed to work on my olympic lifting.  I also had a chance to see what the noon class was doing and gauge how the WOD will be for tonight.

My plans for today had fallen apart and I'll be doing my crossfit class tonight, along with my gymnastic class.  Yes, this will be one of my longer days of training.

Starting light with an empty barbell, and a few plates.

I guess I had a well rested evening, considering that I just did a crossfit class the night before, followed by an olympic lifting class.

Decided that I need to work on some snatch work, full snatch.  I've been focusing on a lot of power snatches as that was my weak area.  But at the same time, I've been avoiding full snatches.   Today, would be a good time to work on it.  Started light with the barbell, and then added 2x15 lb bring up the weight to 75 lb.  And then I would build up accordingly.

Eventually, I would hit my 86% weight which is 140 lb.    My former 85% weight use to be 135 lb; prior to my snatch PR of 2 lb.

After this, I moved from snatch work to some paused back squats on the rack.  I didn't make it too far as I was starting to feel the effect, that or my demons were finally leaving me.

Time to take a break and do some other errands, and be back for my class tonight.
