Crossfit Armoury - May 6, 2018: #inVEST Sunday - 40 Minute AMRAP: Pull-up, Push-up, Air squats, 400 m run

Thoughts:
Making my life interesting on Sundays.  Attending another fun filled Sunday of #inVEST.

It's a 40 minute AMRAP which consist of:
   5 Pull Ups
 10 Push Ups
 15 Air Squats
 400 meter run

After each round, you increase the each movement by 5 reps.   For example:
 10 Pull Ups
 15 Push Ups
 20 Air Squats
 400 meter run

The run will stay the same, but each round, movement increase by 5 reps.   

I scaled the Pull-ups and the Push ups (Ring Rows, and Incline Push-ups [against a 24" box]).

Personally, I was proud of this workout as I managed to get to finish 6 rounds.  Not in 40 minutes.  I had two minutes left before my last 400 meter run.  It takes me about 4 plus, almost 5 minutes to do 800 meter.  Yah, I'm slow.   But, I did get it done!
